What we collect
- Account: the email from your Google or Apple sign-in, the name your provider shares with us (we keep it as your account's display name), and the public username you choose. Sign in with Apple's "Hide My Email" is fully supported, and with Apple you can decline to share your name.
- Your details: your first and last name, and optionally an email address, a phone number and your age. You enter these yourself in Profile and you can change or remove them at any time. Only you can see them. Other people never see your name, your email, your phone number or your age. What they see is your username, your initials and your profile photo if you set one.
- Profile photo: if you add a profile photo, it is stored on our servers and shown to other people in rooms you join. You can remove it at any time, and deleting your account deletes it.
- Your music library: audio files you add from your own device are kept in your private library so you can play them in rooms you host. They stay until you delete them or delete your account. Only you can see your library; nobody else can browse it.
- Shared audio: when you play one of your files in a room, the people in that room receive a copy for the session only. Their copy is deleted when they leave the room, and the room's copy is deleted when the room ends or is deleted.
- Voice: your voice is transmitted live to the people in your room. It is not recorded or stored by us.
- Schedules: the event name, the days proposed, and the times each person marks. These are visible to the people invited to that schedule. If you answer an invite on the web without an account, we store the name you type and the times you mark, tied to that invite, so the group can see who answered.
- Reports and blocks: if you report content or block someone, we store that report/block to act on it.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers.
- We don't track you across other apps or websites.
- We don't record your conversations.
Where it lives
Accounts, shared files, and schedules are stored with our backend providers (Supabase); live voice and room coordination run through LiveKit. Both process data on our behalf to run the app.
Deleting your data
Delete your account inside the app (Profile tab → Delete account). This removes your sign-in, your username, your profile photo, your rooms, your music library, your schedules and answers, and any audio you shared. Your Apple/Google connection to the app is revoked as part of deletion.
We keep anonymous counts after a deletion, such as how many people signed up or how many rooms were held in a week. These are totals only. They are not linked to you, they cannot be traced back to you, and they contain none of your content.
You can also remove a single file at any time (Library → the file → Remove), which deletes it from our storage.
If you answered a schedule invite on the web without an account and want that answer removed, email us at the address below and we will delete it.
